Even though it's an older book, this is amazingly valuable for healing your relationship with YOU and helping you to have healthy relationships in general. If you value having healthy relationships in your life, this is a great book to help with that.

worked for me. easy read. if i felt a little heartache i could read it and be transported to a healing place. just about anywhere in the book. recommend it. i seem to attract nice people to me when i make a commitment to read that book on a daily basis to tweek my thinking and feeling.
