Merc Sol has traditionally been used for mouth ulcers, sore throats with excessive salivation and bad breath, ear problems and swollen glands.
There is a tendency to night sweats and they are easily overheated or chilled.
Discharges are generally offensive, yellowish-green or dirty green and burning, and there may be a metallic taste in the mouth and bleeding gums.
Worse at night, temperature changes, sweating.
Better from rest.
