Source of magnesium, as a fully reacted amino acid chelate. Magnesium is involved in over 300 essential metabolic and enzymatic reactions in the body, including amino acid activation, calcium metabolism, muscle contraction and electrolyte balance. It is required for the synthesis of the antioxidant glutathione.

Magnesium Plus combines synergistic ingredients, active vitamin B6 and MK7. Vitamin B6 helps support a healthy cardiovascular system, nervous system function and is involved in hormone regulation. Vitamin K is necessary for healthy bone mineralisation.

Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.

Each tablet contains:
Magnesium (as Magnesium glycinate dihydrate (amino acid chelate)) 100mg
Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate (active Vitamin B6, equiv. Pyridoxine 2mg) 2.92mg
Menaquinone 7 (Natural Vitamin K2) 10 micrograms

Dosage: 1 tablet 2-3 times daily, with meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
