Source of iron, as a fully reacted amino acid chelate. Iron maintains haemoglobin synthesis, immune system health and energy levels. Helps prevent iron and folate deficiency. Iron and folate aid red blood cell production. Folate supports healthy preconception and pregnancy.

Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Each tablet contains:
Iron (as amino acid chelate (Ferrochel)) 20mg
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 20mg
Levomefolate calcium 487 micrograms
Equiv. Levomefolic acid (5-methyltetrahydrofolate) 450 micrograms

Dosage: 1 tablet per day with meals or as directed by your healthcare professional.
