How to host a Homeopathy Morning Tea
Hosting a Homeopathy Morning Tea to fundraise for The Aurum Project is an ideal way of getting friends together for a good cause.
Make it personal
When inviting people, share your story or a story of a person who uses homeopathy – remember that people like to give to a cause that involves people. Your supporters are more likely to donate if they can relate to the cause and why it’s important to you. Who do you know who has been or is being helped by homeopathy?
Set a Fundraising Goal
Set a fundraising target for your event – aim high! You will be surprised by how generous family, friends and colleagues can be. You’re also more likely to strive to achieve a goal if it’s slightly more than what you think you can achieve.
Gallery photos
We would love to receive a photo of your occasion, the names of the people in your photo and 100 words about why you were compelled to help with fundraising for Australian homeopathy research. Make sure it clearly communicates why you are fundraising for the Aurum Project. Be creative!
Reminder emails/calls
Just before your event, send a reminder to your homeopathy supporters and ask them to check the Gallery section of the Aurum Project website to see what others have done for their occasion. Demonstrate that you are dedicated to the cause and communicate your goal of reaching a certain amount from your occasion.
Communicate where the money goes
Make sure your supporters are aware that all money raised will enable the Aurum Project to continue promoting and encouraging homeopathy research in Australia. Homeopathy is not only a holistic and sustainable form of medicine, but it is the most cost-effective medicine available. It can make a difference in the life of families with children suffering from ADHD and autism spectrum right across the range of severity encompassing asthma, allergies and childhood sleep problems.
